| The company is managed by founding partners, Troy Daffy – Managing Director, and Darren Lucey – Operations Director who have been actively involved in delivering landmark construction projects in Queensland for over 15 years. The construction team is led by Construction Manager, Brad Anderson who hasover 30 years experience delivering commercial, residential, retail and industrial projects throughout the region. Blackwatch Projects has a permanent employee base of approximately 40 staff, most of whom are long term staff. This solid base of permanent employees ensures consistent quality in delivery from staff who understand the projects and the requirements of the client.
