| The company is managed by founding Director and General Manager, Troy Daffy, who has been actively involved in delivering landmark construction projects in Queensland for over 15 years. The construction team is led by Construction Managers, Darren Lucey and Brad Anderson who have over 30 years experience delivering commercial, residential, retail and industrial projects throughout the region.Blackwatch Projects has a permanent employee base of approximately 40 staff, most of whom are long term staff. This solid base of permanent employees ensures consistent quality in delivery from staff who understand the projects and the requirements of the client. The quality and focus of this dynamic team also promotes cost effective construction that larger organisations struggle to provide due to an excessive overhead base.
