Troy Daffy, Managing Director

Troy Daffy has over 15 years of construction and project management experience across a wide variety of projects. Prior to founding Blackwatch Projects, Troy managed design and project management for leading construction and property companies in Queensland.  Troy has unparalleled
knowledge of all facets of the construction industry, including project and design management, contract management and significant experience in a wide range of construction methodologies and projects with a hands on approach to every project.  Troy’s construction management and business management has seen Blackwatch Projects grow into a well established and well regarded mid-tier
construction company in South East Queensland.

Darren Lucey, Operations Director

Darren has been involved in commercial construction in Queensland for over 20 years and worked with leading construction companies prior to forming Blackwatch Projects. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, Darren was quickly promoted through the ranks from Apprentice to Foreman to Site/Project Manager, overseeing many commercial and industrial projects.

Darren manages many of our construction sites and his strong commitment to quality and safety ensures that these principles are inherent to all staff and projects.
