The apartments have been architecturally designed with contemporary features and offer a variety of layouts.
An open plan architectural design creates a dynamic and flowing living space while preserving the privacy of the bedroom area, and the elevated corner positioning of the development provides for captivating views.
The building offers 40 spacious apartments, complemented by two retail tenancies on the ground floor.
From a construction perspective, Blackwatch Projects faced several challenges due to the development’s central location within the dynamic New Farm precinct.
Due to the close proximity of neighbours, both residential and commercial, Blackwatch Projects is undertaking considerable scheduling activities to ensure any disturbance to the surrounding community is minimised during construction.
Safety is a priority for any Blackwatch project, for our staff, contractors, and the general public, so traffic management plans have been designed to ensure the busy Brunswick Street remains safe for both pedestrians and commuters during construction.
