| Blackwatch Projects was engaged by Projects Services on behalf Department of Communities to construct approximately 200 units throughout Brisbane City Council. The delivery method was full turnkey including land acquisition, planning approval and all other statutory requirements. The buildings were constructed over 15 inner city sites all providing various design and construct limitations. The design brief was generally in line with State Government standard design principles with general adoption to site requirements. The construction methods were generally on grade parking and load bearing masonry construction over a combination of 1 to 3 stories. |
