20 – 26 Charlotte St is a heritage listed commercial character building on a volumetric title in the heart of Brisbane’s new casino precinct, in the CBD.
The two storey brick building was constructed in 1911 and is noted for its historical and aesthetic significance.  The building will be converted into a licensed hospitality venue, while preserving its architecturally significant contribution to the Charlotte Street streetscape.
